jilif Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

By accessing, registering on, or using the jilif platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the jilif platform or complete the account registration process, whichever occurs earlier.

jilif reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilif may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of jilif services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jilif. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your jilif account username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Immediately notifying jilif's support team if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jilif will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. jilif reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jilif has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

All financial transactions on the jilif platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilif supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jilif's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jilif account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilif does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, where applicable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the jilif platform.

jilif is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond jilif's reasonable control. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on jilif are your sole responsibility.

jilif may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jilif promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilif platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on jilif.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jilif platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jilif platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jilif's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilif staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using the jilif platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

All content on the jilif platform — including but not limited to the jilif brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilif or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilif platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jilif content without the prior written consent of jilif.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilif, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilif platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jilif platform or any service thereon.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.

jilif's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilif account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude jilif's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilif is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

jilif provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilif account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilif's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, and platform access shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
